1. Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
2. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours, but more than 12 hours before the appointment, the client is required to pay 50% of the procedure price.
3. If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours before, or in the event of a no-show without notice, 100% of the procedure price must be paid.
4. This policy applies to all procedures offered by our studio.
5. Acceptance of this policy is required to confirm a booking.
This policy is based on § 1168 of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB), which entitles the service provider to full payment if a service is not rendered due to reasons attributable to the client.
Additionally, § 27a of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) allows the client to request areduction if the provider saves costs or finds a replacement client.
